Toast for Cheese Apricots, Pistachios and Sesame Seeds

Thin, light and twice-baked like traditional biscotti, these artisan toasts are generously studded with sweet apricots, crunchy pistachios and toasted sesame seeds, creating the perfect balance of fruity sweetness and nutty flavour. Specially created to complement delicate goat's milk cheeses such as Valençay, Crottin de Chavignol and Ragstone, they're equally delicious served with soft cheeses, pâté or enjoyed as part of an elegant cheeseboard.

Ingredients: BUTTERMILK, WHEAT Flour, Dried Apricots (30%) (SULPHITES), SESAME Seeds (19%), PISTACHIO NUTS (6%), Honey, Soft Brown Sugar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Sea Salt, Sunflower Seeds (0.5%), Natural Flavouring.
