Killeen Goats Gouda

Killeen Goat’s Gouda is a semi-hard Irish cheese made from fresh goat’s milk, offering a smooth, creamy texture with a mild tang and gentle sweetness. Inspired by traditional Dutch Gouda styles, it has a supple paste and rich buttery character balanced by delicate earthy and nutty notes.

Made using carefully sourced goat’s milk and traditional cheesemaking techniques, Killeen Goat’s Gouda is matured to develop its rounded flavour and smooth, sliceable texture. The natural sweetness of the milk gives the cheese a clean finish, while the ageing process adds subtle depth and complexity without overpowering the delicate goat’s milk character.

Pair it with fresh figs, honey or oat crackers to complement its creamy texture and mild tang. Also delicious melted into toasties or enjoyed as part of a cheeseboard.
