Truffle Graceburn

Made by Blackwoods Cheese Company in Kent using rich British cow's milk, Graceburn Truffle is a luxuriously soft, Persian-inspired cheese with an irresistibly creamy, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Hand-broken into bite-sized pieces and steeped in a blend of rapeseed and extra virgin olive oil, it is infused with black truffle oil and finished with delicate slices of black winter truffle for an indulgent depth of flavour. Delicious served as part of a cheeseboard, spooned over warm sourdough, folded into salads, or enjoyed alongside charcuterie and a glass of crisp white wine.
