Tunworth is a soft, surface-ripened British cheese made in Hampshire using pasteurised cow’s milk. Inspired by traditional Camembert, it develops a rich, creamy character with earthy mushroom notes, warm buttery flavours and a savoury depth balanced by a delicate sweetness. As it ripens, the paste becomes luxuriously soft and gooey beneath its bloomy white rind, delivering a smooth texture and long, indulgent finish.

Made using traditional techniques, Tunworth is carefully matured to encourage the development of its characteristic creamy texture and complex flavour. During the ageing process, each cheese is monitored closely to ensure the perfect balance of richness, softness and aromatic depth. The bloomy rind contributes gentle earthy aromas while protecting the delicate, molten centre within.

Pair it with crusty bread, fresh figs, apples or a drizzle of honey to complement its rich, buttery profile. Also excellent baked whole and served warm with toasted sourdough or charcuterie.
